1. About us

The brand Harry's Lucid Dream Lab is owned and operated by Goat Coat Hospitality, a partnership firm registered in India, with its place of business at SCO No. 20, Opp. Saroop Rani College, Rani Ka Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, India. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Goat Coat Hospitality.

2. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once we accept it at the counter. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if an item is unavailable or the order cannot be verified — in which case any amount actually paid for an undelivered order will be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are determined solely by us; the price charged is the price computed and displayed by our system at the time your order is confirmed. Prices and menu items may change at any time without notice.

4. Payments & billing

Payments are collected via UPI (and cash where applicable). For online payments you pay the amount shown for your order via UPI. Your order is prepared once the payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or UPI application. For full details of how you are charged, see our Billing Policy.

5. Fulfilment

We serve orders through the following modes at our outlet:

• Dine-in — served to your table.
• Take-away — collected at our counter.
• Eat-in-car — handed to you at your vehicle (curbside).

We do not ship or courier food. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Because food is prepared fresh to order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and prepaid orders are non-refundable, except for failed, duplicate or overcharged payments. Please read our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Food, allergens & your responsibility

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and soy, and cross-contact may occur. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please inform our staff before ordering. You are responsible for the accuracy of the items and instructions you submit.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Harry's Lucid Dream Lab name, logo, text and images, belongs to Goat Coat Hospitality or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amritsar, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
