Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. We do not ship or courier orders

Harry's Lucid Dream Lab is a food outlet. We prepare food fresh to order and serve it at our premises. We do not ship, post or courier any items, and we do not deliver to remote addresses.

2. How you receive your order

Orders are handed over at our outlet through one of the following modes:

• Dine-in — your order is served to your table.
• Take-away — your order is handed to you at our counter.
• Eat-in-car (curbside) — your order is brought to your vehicle at our premises based on the vehicle details you provide.

3. Preparation & wait time

Once your order is confirmed, preparation begins immediately. Wait times vary with the items ordered and current kitchen volume; an estimated wait is shown to you after you place the order. We aim to serve every order as quickly as quality allows.

4. Service location

All orders are fulfilled at our outlet located at SCO No. 20, Opp. Saroop Rani College, Rani Ka Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, India. Service is available during our operating hours.
