Cancellation Policy

Harry's Lucid Dream Lab is operated by Goat Coat Hospitality, a partnership firm registered in India. This Cancellation Policy explains whether and how an order can be cancelled.

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

Every order is prepared fresh, and preparation begins as soon as your order is confirmed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are placed, and prepaid orders are non-refundable.

2. Before you pay

You can review and change the items in your cart at any time before completing payment. Once you complete payment, your order is final. Please double-check your cart and order details before paying.

3. Payment problems

If you were charged but your order was not confirmed, or you were charged twice or for the wrong amount, this is treated as a payment issue rather than a cancellation. In those cases please follow our Refund Policy to have the payment reversed.

4. Cancellation by us

In rare cases we may be unable to fulfil a confirmed order — for example if an item becomes unavailable. If this happens after you have paid, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the undelivered order in line with our Refund Policy.
