1. Who we are

This website and ordering service is operated by Goat Coat Hospitality under the brand Harry's Lucid Dream Lab, with its registered place of business at SCO No. 20, Opp. Saroop Rani College, Rani Ka Bagh, Amritsar, Punjab, India. 2. Information we collect

We only collect the information needed to take, prepare and hand over your order:

• Contact & order details — your name, mobile number, table number or vehicle description (for curbside service), items ordered and any preparation notes you provide.
• Payment reference data — the UPI transaction reference and amount used to match and confirm your payment. We do not collect or store your card numbers, UPI PIN, bank login or other payment credentials.
• Communication preferences — if you opt in, your mobile number is used to send order updates over WhatsApp/SMS.
• Technical data — basic device/browser information and locally stored cart and session data needed for the website to function.

3. How we use your information

• To accept, prepare, fulfil and hand over your order.
• To confirm and reconcile your payment.
• To send you order status updates and respond to your queries.
• To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated third-party advertising.

4. How payments are handled

Payments are collected through UPI and processed by your bank/UPI application and our payment partners. Your sensitive payment credentials are entered in your own banking/UPI app and are never seen or stored by us. We only receive confirmation that a payment of a given amount and reference has been completed.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with parties who help us run the service, namely:

• Our banking and UPI payment partners, to process and verify payments.
• Messaging providers (e.g. WhatsApp/SMS gateways), to send order updates you opted into.
• Hosting and IT service providers who operate our systems under confidentiality terms.
• Government, tax or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and current ordering session. This data stays on your device and is required for the website to work. We do not use it to track you across other websites.

7. Data retention

We keep order and payment-reconciliation records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data in line with applicable law.

9. Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent for optional communications, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its "Last updated" date.
