Refund Policy

1. Food orders are non-refundable

All food and beverage items are prepared fresh to order. Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this.

2. When we do issue a refund

We will return money to you only in the following payment-related situations:

• Failed payment — your bank/UPI account was debited but the order was not confirmed at our end.
• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Overcharge — you were charged an amount greater than the confirmed order total.
• Order declined by us — we are unable to fulfil an order you have already paid for (for example, an item is unavailable).

3. How to request a payment refund

To request a refund for any of the situations above, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at lucid@lecxe.in or +91 78370 20700 with your order number, the amount, and the UPI/bank transaction reference. We may ask for proof of the debit to verify your claim.

4. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method/source account. Once approved, the refund is initiated promptly and is typically credited within 5–7 business days, subject to processing timelines of your bank and the UPI network.

5. Quality concerns

If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, please raise it with our staff at the time of service so we can make it right. Resolutions for quality concerns are handled at our outlet at our reasonable discretion and do not, by themselves, create a right to a cash refund.
