Billing Policy

Harry's Lucid Dream Lab is operated by Goat Coat Hospitality, a partnership firm registered in India. This Billing Policy explains what you are charged for, when payment is taken, the payment methods we accept, and how to reach us with any billing query.

1. What you are billed for

You are billed only for the food and beverage items you select for your order. Every item is priced in Indian Rupees (₹).

The price shown against each item is inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. The order total you see at confirmation is the complete amount payable for that order, with no hidden additions.

2. When billing happens

Our orders are prepaid. The full amount for your order is charged upfront at the time you place the order.

Because every item is prepared fresh to order, preparation begins only after your payment is received against the confirmed order total.

3. Accepted payment methods

We accept payment by UPI, and cash at the outlet where applicable.

Where cash is accepted at the outlet, the amount payable is the same order total displayed and confirmed by our system.

4. The confirmed amount is authoritative

The amount our system displays and confirms for your order is the authoritative amount to be charged. Our system is the sole authority on pricing; any price submitted or assumed from elsewhere is not accepted.

5. One-time charge per order

Each order is a single, one-time charge. There are no recurring charges of any kind.

We do not use auto-debit, standing instructions, e-mandates, or subscriptions, and we do not store your card details. Every order you place is billed separately and only once.

6. Billing confirmation

Once your payment is received and your order is placed, you receive an order confirmation as a record of your transaction.

7. Failed, duplicate or overcharged payments

If a payment fails (you were debited but the order was not confirmed at our end), is duplicated, or results in an overcharge, it is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. The same applies if we are unable to fulfil an order you have already paid for — for example, if an item is unavailable — in which case the amount paid for that order is returned.

Any such return is credited to your original payment source, typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank and the UPI network. Please report the issue to us promptly, with your order number and transaction reference, within the window set out in our Refund Policy.

Apart from these payment-related situations and any order we are unable to fulfil, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded, as food is prepared fresh. Please refer to our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Price changes

Prices may be revised from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.

A later change to our menu prices does not affect an order that has already been confirmed at the earlier price.

9. Fulfilment of your order

All orders are fulfilled at our outlet. We offer dine-in, counter take-away, and curbside eat-in-car service. We do not offer courier, postal, or any other form of delivery shipping; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your order is to be collected or enjoyed at the outlet.
